The cleaning method of the mold head of the blowing machine
清理膜头及螺旋体，清理时可用石蜡或甲基硅油涂抹，然后用1000目的砂纸轻轻擦拭糊料直至干净。换料时根据料性适当调整温度(回料与纯料温度有差异)换网后加大挤出量挤出糊料。
关键是在生产过程中经常最好一周向料斗内加一点甲基硅油，即可以润滑螺杆膜头，又可以起到清膜作用。
